Coverage Range

For optimal performance, we recommend a distance of up to 32 feet (10 meters) between the gateway and your smart lock. Exceeding this distance may affect the connectivity of the gateway. During setup, ensure that your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
