Compatibility: The Veise G2 Wifi gateway works with smart locks that use either the DD lock App or the TT Lock App. One gateway can be paired with multiple door locks under the same account. (Please note that other apps are not compatible).
Remote control: Connect the gateway to either the DD lock App or the TT Lock App smart lock to enable remote control. This allows you to check the real-time status of the door lock and remotely set custom passwords and perform other remote functions.
Voice control: Once the gateway is paired with the smart lock, it becomes compatible with Alexa and Google voice assistants. This enables voice-controlled intelligent control of the lock.
WiFi requirements: The G2 Gateway only supports 2.4G WiFi. To ensure a stable connection between the gateway and the lock, the distance between them should be within 32 feet. Additionally, both your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Warranty: Veise provides a minimum of 1-year warranty. They also offer lifetime online phone support from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST, as well as 24/7 after-sales email service.
