Compatibility: The gateway is compatible with Zowill smart locks controlled by the DD Lock App. There is no limit to the number of door locks that can be connected to the gateway.
Coverage: To ensure optimal connectivity, pair the gateway with a 2.4G Wi-Fi network. Place the gateway no more than 32 ft (10 meters) from the smart door lock. Both your smartphone and the gateway should be on the same Wi-Fi network when adding the gateway.
Remote Control from Anywhere: Once connected to the DD Lock App, the gateway offers remote unlocking capabilities, eliminating the limitations of Bluetooth distance. You can share, modify, or delete e-keys from anywhere, and receive real-time monitoring of your door's status, battery life, and unlock activity logs.
Muti-Function: The gateway supports voice control through Alexa and Google Assistant, providing convenient control for your smart door locks. It can pair with multiple smart door locks without any restrictions (Alexa functionality is not included).
